This policy applies to purchases made through youngerlifeshop.com.
Younger Life Shop is operated by Chongqing Jinmi Automotive Service Co., Ltd.
1. Return Period
Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days from the date the order is delivered.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, an item must generally:
• Be unworn and unused
• Be unwashed
• Be in its original condition
• Have original tags attached where applicable
• Include original packaging where reasonably applicable
• Include valid proof of purchase
Customers may reasonably open packaging and try on clothing to check fit and appearance.
Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, misuse or damage occurring after delivery may not qualify for return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Unless defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied, certain products may not be eligible for return, including customized products, final-sale items and products that cannot reasonably be returned for hygiene reasons after use or opening.
4. How to Request a Return
Before returning an item, contact:

Please provide your order number, order email address, the item you wish to return and the reason for the return.
Our customer service team will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.
Do not send products directly to our business address unless specifically instructed to do so.
5. Return Shipping Costs
For returns based on customer preference, change of mind or incorrect size selection, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
If an incorrect, defective or materially damaged product was supplied, please contact us so that we can review the issue.
6. Refund Processing
Returned items will be inspected after receipt.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
We normally initiate an approved refund within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Additional processing time may be required by the customer's bank, card issuer or payment provider.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact office@youngerlifeshop.com and provide your order number and relevant photographs where appropriate.
8. Exchanges
Exchange availability depends on current stock.
Where a direct exchange cannot be provided, customers may return an eligible product and place a new order.
9. Order Cancellation
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.
Once fulfillment or shipment has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.
